Shipping Policy

At Rocketbook we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services throughout the UK and EU.

UK Delivery

All UK orders placed on Rocketbook are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

UK Shipping Options:

  • Free tracked & signed delivery service on all orders over £45
  • Next Day Delivery available for orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Thursday)
  • For orders under £45 shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and products

EU Delivery

Shipments for all EU countries will be dispatched from our Czech Republic warehouse. All products have been imported so duty and VAT will not be charged extra apart from countries outside the European Economic Zone.

Europe Shipping Options:

  • Free DPD shipping is available on orders over €50 in most EU countries
  • Orders under €50 will be charged shipping based on destination and will be shown at checkout
  • We are currently unable to offer free returns within Europe. All return costs must be covered by the customer

EU Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping over Orders €50+ is available in the countries listed below. For countries not included, shipping rates will be applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Countries (Orders €50+): Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
  • Countries Excluded from Free Shipping: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Vatican City

Note: Some countries are excluded from free shipping due to their distance from our warehouse or limited shipping availability from our logistics partners.
